You don’t have to be diagnosed with a mental health problem to benefit from therapy. Many people in therapy seek help for everyday concerns: relationship problems, job stress and self-doubt. Your wound may be a result of abuse and trauma. Many of us will have periods in our lives when we will be struggling with certain life issues that are causing us distress and weighing us down. You may have been trying to deal with the problem on your own for a while and are no longer able to see the best way how to deal with it or let the problem go. It may be that you have become consumed by angry emotions or numbness because you feel unsupported by those close to you or they can no longer help you in the way you want to be helped.
Finding yourself in this difficult headspace can only take you further away from the resolution you are seeking. Sitting with another person, who is impartial and not related to your problem can help to give you a new perspective on what you are facing.
It's important that you feel safe and supported so that you can be who you truly are, and for many, this may be the first time. Taking this step is courageous and I'm here to help and empower you, with a warm and supportive environment.I look forward to working with you.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I can support you to recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Being neurodiverse means that you have your own neural and biological differences. Making you experience the world very differently from those who are not neurodiverse. You have a different way of perceiving the world, reason and think, and sensitivities to environmental stimuli. Perhaps causing you anxiety and challenges in your relationships, work and social situation. In fear of being judged or getting things wrong. As a result, you may feel overwhelmed, and experience mental health conditions such as depression, OCD, and social anxiety. No problem is ever too big or small and it is often the ones you feel embarrassed to bring that are key to unlocking the problem.

If you wish to work on achieving a personal or professional goal. I offer one-to-one and group Life Coaching as well as programs. To help you gain focus, motivation, empowerment and strategies to define and reach your dreams. The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work: therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.
I will help you to set boundaries and raise standards for yourself. So that you can spend time on things that are important to you. This may be working with unplanned time and adjusting your management of your life, working with career and life balances, to help you assess whether your motives and beliefs are serving you well.
